Your role as a Marketing Automation Consultant / Senior Consultant will focus on helping our clients identify and solve their most critical challenges through technology. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services. Depending on your profile and skills, you may be involved in gathering the client's functional and technical requirements, designing the technical and architectural solution, implementing and maintaining the technology solution through Salesforce Marketing platform.

During your tenure as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Collaborate with clients to identify objectives and business needs

• Collect and document detailed functional and/or technical requirements and propose best practices and optimizations

• Define the solution through knowledge of marketing automation tools, customer data platform or web personalization

• Configure and implement marketing campaigns, manage campaign audiences or web personalizations and related performance tracking

• Build knowledge of sector and industry-specific best practices to meet business objectives

• Collaborate proactively with the client and the project team to achieve the common goal

• Communicate directly with both national and international clients

• Participate in client opportunities, prepare proposals and RFP responses, and build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demos

• Stay up to date with the latest innovations, new products, and enhancements, applying them to client issues as needed

• Obtain and maintain certifications to enhance knowledge and expertise

• Maintain a team spirit and collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams

• University Degree in Engineering, Digital Marketing or Computer Science 

• Excellent academic background

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm or in industry-focused relevant projects

• Strong interest in the marketing world and the underlying technologies

• Knowledge of front-end, back-end and data management technologies (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, Salesforce Datacloud)

• Availability to travel and work in person if necessary

• Analytical thinking and business analysis skills for effectively translating business objectives to system design

• Self-motivated and willingness to pursue personal development though specialization and professional certifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
