As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

As an IT & Business Consultant, you will:

• Work closely with senior colleagues, who will coach you and share their knowledge and experiences with you;

• Be engaged in different projects to build specific experience in the field of Business and IT controls, as well as the related management processes;

• Assist our clients in understanding & managing their exposure to external risks and threats

• Drive activities with our client contacts to gather information required to be analyzed;

• Assist in workshops and interviews to understand a clients’ Business and IT environment;

• Analyze the gathered data and information;

• Develop your communication and project management skills from the start, where you will be in direct contact with our customers;

• Work in an objective driven environment;

• Build up expertise via trainings, coaching and learning on the job;

• Learn by initially working in structured and defined projects and – when your experience grows – execute more and more pending you own insights (senior level);

• Support the team in client meetings throughout the project;

• Work with the other junior Deloitte team members; which have started together with you;

• Learn every year to grow your career by demonstrating your increasing knowledge, insight and drive; and

• Work in a flexible and dynamic environment where team work is key.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following requirements:

• Degree in Technical/Scientific subjects (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics with ICT address etc.).

• Strong understanding of Operating Systems , Data bases and IT environments ;

• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);

• Mastery of the Office package;

• Motivated with a positive attitude to work in team, solve problems and analytical mindset;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and

• Ambition for further professional development.

Bonus Qualifications

• Post graduate studies in Business or Economics will be considered an asset

• Knowledge on System Security (i.e. Firewalls) is a plus;

• Knowledge of French or Dutch will be considered a plus but is not mandatory to apply;
