We are currently looking for a Human Capital Consultants in Thessaloniki to join our dynamic team.
You will have the chance to learn how to work on HR Transformation projects across European and global companies, being and work with the team as a change agent to make people and technology work together. We deploy SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur solutions collaborating with colleagues allocated around the globe.
In a dynamic world with constant disruption, human capital issues must not only be viewed as business issues shaped by HR, but instead be addressed across the C-Suite. How to become an HCM Black Belt?
Are you a graduated student or a new graduate ready to deliver the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur functionalities in one of the world’s best and most recognized professional services firms and for international clients?
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting our clients in defining their HR strategy and according to their values
· Understanding clients’ needs, mapping out, analyzing and suggesting improvements to end-to-end HR-processes
· Providing added value to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
· Advising our clients on the design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programs
· Collaborating closely with the project team to propose improvements on HR processes
· Implement our clients’ requirements into HR technology
· Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns

· By working with our varied national and multinational clients across industries, you’ll have an opportunity to be exposed to the diverse challenges facing organizations of all types.
· Increasingly, you’ll learn how new target operating models can transform organizational performance.

· As you develop in seniority, you’ll gain additional responsibility for business development by building and delivering business proposals on various human capital topics.
· Having developed your management skills, you’ll lead your own teams passing on your experience through coaching and developing others.
Our requirements
· Own a degree from a University or Technological Educational Institution (already graduated or expected to graduate within 2025) in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical course of study
· You are eligible to apply to our position if you fulfill the following criteria:
· Be highly motivated self-starters and demonstrate a willingness to learn
· Understand data structures and analytics
· Have the ability to deal with software configuration, by showing excellent problem-solving skills
· Have a team spirit and enjoy collaborating but also be able to act independently, if needed
· Embrace Diversity & Inclusion Culture
· Have a good understanding of the software lifecycle and problem-solving skills
· Have a good knowledge of the Office package tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Have Strong oral and written communication skills in Greek and English. Italian language would be a plus
· Be Proactive and have genuine enthusiasm, curiosity and a teamwork attitude
