What you'll do
- Lead CRM project delivery from business case formulation through production rollout and hypercare.
- Define project scope with clients, aligning specifications and business objectives.
- Estimate effort and budget, forecast resources, and allocate them to project requirements.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective communication.
- Coordinate project teams, remove obstacles, and align delivery with the project plan.
- Develop and monitor project plans, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Assess project risks and implement mitigation plans, including for data migration, integrations, and user adoption.
- Prepare progress reports and provide KPI-based updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly billing.
- Deliver client presentations and demonstrations to support project alignment and satisfaction.
- Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and conduct post-project evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities and explore additional value with clients.
- Apply AI tools to requirements synthesis, documentation, test scenarios, and status reporting.
- Support team adoption of AI tools while applying appropriate human review.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Project management, project planning, and project management methodologies.
- CRM implementation delivery and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Stakeholder management and client presentations.
- Risk management, budgeting and financial management, and KPI reporting.
- Requirements analysis and management, project management tools, and Agile/Scrum.
- AI tools and technical fluency.
- Business Administration / Computer Science / Engineering
