About the job

Our Finance Transformation team focuses on helping CFOs and finance functions modernise how they operate, so that finance becomes a true business partner rather than a purely transactional function. Leveraging leading ERP and cloud platforms, data & analytics and automation solutions, we support clients in improving quality and speed of financial information, strengthening internal controls and compliance, and enabling insight‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Joining the Finance Transformation FSI Team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop strong expertise in the following areas:

  • Accounting & Regulatory: Redefining accounting and supervisory processes (e.g., PPA definition, accounting migration, etc.).

  • Finance Analytics and Data Governance: Defining and implementing control scenarios and governance of corporate information in order to meet client needs in terms of planning, execution, and KPI monitoring.

  • Planning & Control: Determining the new profitability framework, Managerial Reporting systems and complementary dashboarding, as well as the evolution of budgeting and forecasting tools.
