We are looking for a junior professional to join our HR Strategy & Technology team at Deloitte in Thessaloniki.
The HR Strategy & Technology business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also leveraging new technologies.

During your tenure as an Experienced Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for:
• Participating in a structured training program aimed at developing specialized skills on the Workday platform.
• Acquiring progressive specialization on the main Workday functionalities and modules, supporting the team in applying best practices related to the platform.
• Proactively interpreting the needs of colleagues and clients, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches.
• Developing initiatives and solutions independently, gathering and structuring data and conducting analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborating effectively in diverse and international teams.
#Our Requirements
Key Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Transformation topics.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the HR scope and experience with application implementation projects on Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR, or Concur platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Workday Certification is considered a strong plus
