What you'll do
- Participate in a structured training program to develop skills on the Workday platform
- Acquire progressive specialization on Workday functionalities and modules
- Support the team in applying best practices related to the Workday platform
- Interpret needs of colleagues and clients to identify methodologies and approaches
- Develop initiatives and solutions independently using data analysis to support decisions
- Collaborate effectively in diverse and international teams
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience in HR Transformation topics
- Knowledge of Workday platform, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR, or Concur platforms
- Strong English language proficiency
