What you'll do
- Deliver international and multinational projects implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Lead junior team members through coaching and on-the-job training.
- Lead client meetings, analyze business and process requirements, and resolve gaps.
- Develop end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions through configuration and customization.
- Define functional and technical requirements for HR systems integrations.
- Assist with technical approach and design documentation. Work is performed in the context of maintaining and developing SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and leadership skills.
Key requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors, including system administration, configuration and customization, and implementation.
- Team leadership and technical and functional leadership.
- Business and process requirements analysis.
- HR systems integration using APIs and OData.
- Agile software development methodologies and Scrum.
- Microsoft Office, HTML, and JSON.
- Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administrationpreferred
