As a Cyber Security PMO Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team by coordinating and overseeing various cyber security projects for our domestic and international clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the team leads to assist in planning, executing, invoicing and monitoring cyber security projects. Help in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Resource Planning: Coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively and ensure all projects have a smooth start through well-organized kickoff meetings.

• Proposal Development and Administrative Tasks: Support the development of project proposals and assist in administrative tasks such as documentation collection and other project-related requirements.

• Project Status Tracking: Keep a close eye on project progress, monitor milestones, and maintain records of pending reviews, start/end dates, and other essential project details.

• Client Communication: Act as a liaison and the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication regarding project deliverables, pending items, and addressing any planning issues that may arise.

• Final QA Proofing for Deliverables: Perform thorough quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet our high standards before sending them to clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in red teaming / penetration testing / related project coordination.

• Great organizational skills and ability to manage and keep track several projects at the same time.

• Experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.

• Consultant mindset, commitment to teamwork, and ability to build strong client relationships.

• Strong communication skills (in Greek and in English).

• Ability to maintain professionalism and always strive for high ethical standards.

Ideally 

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.

• Prior experience in a similar role.
