As a Consultant in our S&BD team, you will help our clients to address business-critical issues, and support executive level decision makers in finding solutions to answer complex strategic dilemmas.

You will:

• Contribute to a wide range of projects across various industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing.

• Work with Partners, Directors, (Senior) Managers, and other members of the local teams to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives.

• Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute this strategy.

• Deliver engagements, including liaising with stakeholders, directing activities of people on the project team, collecting and analyzing data, designing solutions and recommendations, supporting workshops, etc.

• Demonstrate creativity.

• Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders.

• Build relationships between S&BD Deloitte and the client’s project team.

• Be involved in business development activities.

What are the must have’s to excel in this role?

• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework.

• University degree ideally in economics, business, engineering is an asset.

• 1-3 years of applied working experience.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
