Your role as a Lawyer/Associate will focus on the delivery of client engagements, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, as well as contributing to the priorities of the team. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional legal services.
During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:
Provide legal solutions to complex legal issues while delivering a high-quality input;
Drafting of legal documents (all types of oppositions, bankruptcy petitions, rehabilitation petitions, injunction measures, etc.);
Provide legal advice relating to:
All types of restructuring of companies;
Debt management;
Debt refinancing;
Asset management;
Debt relief;
Corporate asset restructuring;
Conduct of legal research and analysis;
Use innovative tools and technologies in order to strengthen the reach of your legal advice;
OUR REQUIREMENTS

We expect that you have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:
Registered as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership);
Two (2) years of relevant work experience;
A Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil or Civil Procedure or Commercial Law from a prominent, well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad will be considered an asset;
An excellent command of the English language. A second language will be appreciated;
Organizational skills and capacity to be detail – oriented;
Ability to conduct legal research, interpret legislation and case law.
Preferred skills:
Previous experience in civil, corporate and aspects of real estate law;
Seminars in Insolvency law issues (OCW, rehabilitation, bankruptcy);
Understanding of basic economic concepts.
