Your role as an Assistant in our Accounting and Reporting & Controls Advisory team will focus on participating in client engagements relating to support on accounting issues and internal financial controls, gaining a holistic exposure in a variety of accounting related services and experience in a broad portfolio of clients. In this role, you will develop your technical skills, especially relating to accounting standards and internal financial controls’ framework, you will build relationships both internally and externally and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development, act as a brand ambassador of a leading global professional services firm and grasp opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

 Specifically, candidates should possess the following attributes:

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, Finance, Business Administration and/or related subject

• Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and/or related subject will be considered an asset

• Relevant work experience will be considered an asset (e.g., internships, summer positions)

• Strong oral and written Greek & English language communication skills. Desired level of English language qualification: Proficiency

• Computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint, especially advanced knowledge of Excel is essential)

• Strong organizational skills

• Focus on delivering work of high quality by making appropriate use of tools, guidance and methodology

• Act with honesty and integrity and build a foundational knowledge of ethical and professional standards

• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver the client engagement and understand how their role integrates into the wider engagement team
