What you'll do
- Ensure smooth operation of production during shift hours
- Follow and control implementation of written procedures and cGMPs
- Monitor execution of production program efficiently
- Create standard or ad hoc reports including shift performance indicators
- Take initiatives or participate in productivity improvement and cost reduction actions
- Propose corrective and improvement actions related to production processes
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- People management skills
- MS Office and ERP knowledge (SAP)
- English language proficiency
- Shift work capability
- Problem solving and setting priorities skills
- Communication and team management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Chemical Engineering / Biology / Pharmacy / Chemistry / Materials Science / Production and Management Engineering / Food Technologypreferred
