What you'll do
- Ensure continuous production and capacity during the shift
- Contribute to quality assurance projects and processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
- Contribute to the introduction of new products and materials
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Deliver employee training on safety, quality, machines, and One-point lessons
- Report daily shift performance and weekly KPIs to management
- Collaborate with other supervisors and manage team members
- Check compliance with health, safety and environmental rules by team members
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Production management and team leadership
- Quality assurance and safety compliance
- Employee training and shift work capability
- Communication skills and collaboration
- Problem-solving and multiple task management
- Health and environmental compliance and continuous improvement
