What you'll do
- Manage full customer order lifecycle for international markets from entry to delivery
- Act as primary contact for customers on order status, delivery, and logistics issues
- Enter and maintain customer orders and forecasts in SAP accurately
- Issue order acknowledgements and communicate changes proactively
- Coordinate with warehouse and production planning for product availability and dispatch
- Liaise with freight forwarders for freight quotations and shipment execution
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms, lead times, MOQ, and export documentation
- Track shipments and manage delivery risks and delays
- Escalate logistics issues and propose solutions to minimize service impact
- Monitor open orders, stock, and production schedules to anticipate supply constraints
- Generate and maintain reports on open orders, stock, and OTIF performance
- Maintain communication with Area Managers, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams
- Ensure accurate data flow and documentation throughout export process
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- International logistics and Incoterms knowledge
- Export order fulfillment and customer order management
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Shipment tracking and logistics coordination skills
- Strong communication skills and problem resolution

DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join ourCustomer Service Exports team based in Kryoneri.
The role is strongly focused on logistics coordination and international order fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution of export orders from order receipt to final delivery. The position acts as a key interface between customers, sales, production planning, warehouse, and freight forwarders, safeguarding service level performance and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Coordination
Manage the full customer order lifecycle for international markets, from order entry to final dispatch and delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, documentation, and logistics-related issues.
Enter and maintain customer orders and forecasts in SAP, ensuring accuracy in quantities, delivery dates, prices, Incoterms, and delivery locations.
Issue order acknowledgements and proactively communicate any changes or deviations.
Logistics & Export Operations
Coordinate closely with internal warehouse and production planning team to ensure timely product availability and dispatch.
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics service providers for:
Freight quotations
Shipment planning and execution:
Monitor shipment readiness, release status, and dispatch execution.
Ensure compliance with Incoterms, lead times, MOQ requirements, and export documentation standards.
Track shipments and proactively manage delivery risks, delays, or constraints.
Escalate logistics bottlenecks and propose solutions to minimize service impact.
Demand, Stock & Performance Monitoring
Monitor open orders, stock on hand, and production schedules to anticipate supply constraints.
Review demand movements and identify potential stock-out or run-out scenarios.
Generate and maintain reports related to:
Open orders
Stock on hand
OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
Internal Coordination & Support
Maintain continuous communication with Area Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
Ensure accurate data flow and documentation throughout the export process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Business oriented)
At least three (3) years of proven work experience in an export-related role.
Strong understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, lead times, and export flows
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Office
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong experience in ERP systems, with SAP knowledge considered an additional advantage.
Ability to build strong relationships and resolve complex problems
