Απασχολήσου ως Σύμβουλος Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης Εταιρικών Πελατών και γίνε το πρόσωπο της εταιρείας, προσφέροντας προσωποποιημένες λύσεις και μια μοναδική εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης για κάθε εταιρικό πελάτη. Η θέση αφορά  8ωρη, 5θήμερη απασχόληση, σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες, μέσω συνεργαζόμενων με την COSMOTE eValue εταιριών.

Ο ρόλος σου θα είναι κομβικός, καθώς θα υποστηρίζεις τεχνικά εταιρικούς και δημόσιους φορείς, διασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία δικτυακών υπηρεσιών και υποδομών.

Η θέση αφορά 8ωρη, 5θήμερη απασχόληση, σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες, μέσω συνεργαζόμενων εταιρειών της COSMOTE eValue.

 

🎯 Ο ρόλος σου

  • Παροχή 1st & 2nd level τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε εταιρικούς πελάτες

  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση τεχνικών αιτημάτων

  • Διάγνωση και troubleshooting περιστατικών

  • Παρακολούθηση SLA και συντονισμός με τεχνικές ομάδες

  • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση αιτημάτων σε ticketing systems

 

✅ Είσαι ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος εάν…

  • Είσαι απόφοιτος ή τελειόφοιτος ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ με κατεύθυνση:

    • Πληροφορική

    • Τηλεπικοινωνίες

    • Δίκτυα Υπολογιστών

  • Έχεις εμπειρία ή ενδιαφέρον σε Τεχνική υποστήριξη

    • Ηelp Desk / NOC περιβάλλον

  • Έχεις καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Διακρίνεσαι για:
