- Manage daily reporting including shift handovers and guest folios
- Welcome VIPs and Hilton Honors Elite guests ensuring their preferences are met
- Deliver shift briefings, assign tasks, and monitor team performance

As a Front Office Shift Leader at Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient front office operations. In this position, you will supervise the front office team during your shift, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards. You will be responsible for staff training, managing guest inquiries, and handling any issues that may arise, all while embodying the ethos of professionalism and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Supervise front office operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
Lead the front desk team during shifts, providing support and guidance to ensure high service standards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with Guest Relations and Housekeeping to prepare for special arrivals, early check ins, and late departures.
Assist in training new front office staff on procedures and service expectations.
Uphold Hilton’s LQA and Forbes standards through attention to detail, guest care and proactive service.
Ensure accurate use of Opera PMS, OnQ, and internal communication tools.
Manage daily reporting (e.g., shift handovers, guest folios, discrepancy reports).
Personally welcome VIPs and Hilton Honors Elite guests; ensure that preferences and benefits are delivered flawlessly.
Deliver shift briefings, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure consistency and alignment with Conrad service standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a luxury hotel.
A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems, specifically Opera PMS, is a plus.
