As a Front Office Agent at Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the hotel's commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the hotel's offerings, and ensuring that every guest experience is inviting and memorable. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm, courteous, and professional first impression that reflects the hotel’s high standards.

  • Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including accurate payment processing and reservation handling.

  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of room availability, reservations, and guest details utilizing the hotel’s property management system.

  • Liaise effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments to coordinate and communicate guest-related requirements and resolve any issues.

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with tact and professionalism, following up to ensure resolution and guest satisfaction.

  • Actively participate in daily briefings and team meetings to stay aligned with hotel operations and service objectives.

  • Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and security protocols at all times.

  • Execute various administrative duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front office or guest service roles, ideally in a luxury hotel.

  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems such as Opera PMS is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards guest needs and preferences.
