- Support product prioritisation through analysis of benefits, costs, and trade-offs
- Contribute to building sales enablement materials like presentations and guides
- Support sales teams with training to explain and promote DRS solutions
- Adapt central training materials to local market context using real client cases
- Develop practical scenarios and use cases for better understanding of solutions
- Collaborate with product and sales stakeholders to ensure consistent product knowledge
- Gather feedback from sales teams and clients to improve training content

- 2+ years' experience

About the job
s part of the Europe Product Team structure, you will be supporting the Greece & Cyprus region. This role supports the local commercial / sales teams to ensure product capabilities are well understood, appropriately positioned and aligned with market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy
Contribute to defining the product value propositions
Support the development of tools and guides for product vision and objectives
Assist in defining success metrics and tracking outcomes
Support the pricing framework and solution concepts
Participate in the development and maintenance of the DRS Roadmap for Greece & Cyprus
Contribute to documenting feature definitions, user stories and basic specifications
Ensure product requirements remain aligned with agreed product scope
Market Understanding
Collect and analyse customer needs (technical, operational & business)
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Help translate customer pain points into structured product requirements
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Provide technical knowledge and support on DRS commercial proposals
Assist the sales team in identifying, tailoring & building commercial proposals
Participate, when required, in client meetings
Support product prioritisation by preparing analyses and clearly outlining the benefits, costs, and trade-offs of different options
Training
Contribute to building sales enablement materials (presentations, guides, examples) that simplify product understanding
Support Sales teams through training to ensure they can confidently explain, position, and promote DRS solutions
Adapt central training materials to the local market context, using real client cases and operational examples to increase relevance and understanding
Develop practical scenarios and use cases to help teams understand how DRS solutions work in real business situations
Work closely with Product and Sales stakeholders to ensure consistent and up-to-date product knowledge across teams
Gather feedback from Sales teams and clients to continuously improve training content and materials
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B commercial environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, etc).
Experience in preparing product materials, documentation & client proposals.
Familiarity with sales lifecycle, pricing concepts and product marketing principles.
High proficiency with Microsoft office tools - intermediate level in Excel & powerpoint.
Fluency in Greek and English - both written and spoken.
Financial and business acumen (pricing, ROI, margins, etc) is an advantage
Experience in customer-facing roles
Ability to influence stakeholders in decision-making situations
Analytical, problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
