Eltrekka, a leading company in the Automotive Spare Parts Business, member of Autohellas Group is seeking for a Product Manager to join its dynamic team!

Core Responsibilities

• Develop product line strategy and manage product portfolio.

• Conduct price analysis and define pricing & commercial policies.

• Collaborate with suppliers and manage agreements and budgets.

• Design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns.

• Support training processes related to product knowledge.

• Track targets, customer purchasing activity, and supplier orders.

• Maintain strong communication with vehicle importer networks and key stakeholders.

Role Context

• Daily duties include full Product Management functions: product development, pricing, commercial planning, and product promotion.

• Experience in Lubricants is preferred but not required.

• Strategic mindset and numerical fluency are essential for market analysis and target monitoring.

• Familiarity with contracts and written agreements is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication skills when interacting with executives and network partners are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. MSc will be considered as a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.

• Experience in the automotive industry and/or lubricants market will be considered an asset.
