What you'll do
- Build financial models to support pricing decisions, tender submissions, and contract negotiations
- Conduct revenue and margin analysis across service lines, customer segments, and geographies
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve profitability, growth, and efficiency
- Serve as custodian of pricing and ensure consistent governance of price lists and discount structures
- Develop and maintain pricing and discount frameworks balancing competitiveness with profitability
- Support negotiation strategies with insurers, corporate clients, and institutional partners
- Monitor regulatory and reimbursement changes and integrate them into pricing and contract models
- Define and track key commercial KPIs such as patient volumes, revenue per patient, test mix, and channel profitability
- Conduct profit center benchmarking to identify underperformance and improvement opportunities
- Recommend corrective actions on pricing, promotions, and service portfolio mix to enhance commercial outcomes
- Monitor market trends, healthcare policy shifts, and sector developments
- Benchmark company offerings versus market on pricing, service mix, and customer value
- Identify growth opportunities in new services, partnerships, or geographies
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Commercial Excellence and Business Analysis skills
- Pricing Strategies, Financial Modeling, and Revenue and Margin Analysis expertise
- Data-driven Insights and Analytical Skills
- MS Office Suite, CRM Software, and Reporting and Visualization Tools proficiency
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of Greek Healthcare System and English Fluency
- Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Engineeringpreferred

We are seeking an insight-driven Senior Analyst - Commercial Excellence to drive Bioiatriki’s commercial performance by optimizing sales processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and enhancing route-to-market effectiveness — ensuring sustainable growth and superior value for visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build financial models to support pricing decisions, tender submissions, and contract negotiations
Conduct revenue and margin analysis across service lines, customer segments, and geographies
Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve profitability, growth, and efficiency
Serve as the custodian of pricing, ensuring consistent governance of price lists and discount structures in collaboration with Finance
Develop and maintain pricing and discount frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability
Support negotiation strategies with insurers, corporate clients, and institutional partners
Monitor regulatory and reimbursement changes, integrating them into pricing and contract models proactively
Define and track key commercial KPIs such as patient volumes, revenue per patient, test mix, and channel profitability
Conduct profit center benchmarking to identify underperformance and improvement opportunities
Recommend corrective actions on pricing, promotions, and service portfolio mix to enhance commercial outcomes

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering - A master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial excellence, business analysis, or pricing
Good knowledge of the Greek healthcare system, including the private health insurance market
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other sales enablement tools (e.g. CRM software). Experience in working with reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly advantageous
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
