What you'll do
- Build and lead high-performing, collaborative engineering teams
- Plan and scope product and technical development roadmaps with Product, Architecture and Design
- Ensure reliable engineering delivery by managing priorities, dependencies and risks
- Own the technical stability and performance of your teams’ applications
- Hire, onboard and develop team members while supporting career progression
- Track delivery with performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Promote system health, performance and stability, with effective support and SLA monitoring
- Build stakeholder relationships and align teams with strategy, standards and business goals
