What you'll do
- Participate in the implementation of the production department's program
- Perform or assist in product changes
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of equipment failures
- Contribute to the improvement and development of the production process
- Collaborate with technical departments to improve existing equipment and develop new equipment
- Train team members in correct equipment handling and basic maintenance tasks
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations according to company policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Possession of a degree from a Technological Educational Institute in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical school
- Occupational license as Technician or Senior Technician
- Ability to work in shifts
- Management and troubleshooting of production equipment
- Improvement of production processes
- Training and collaboration skills
- Compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
