- Enact safety bulletins, non-conformance and failure reports with relevant activities
- Coordinate repair activities for serious plant or facility damage
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Maintenance of mechanical systems and preventive and corrective maintenance
- Inspect and test machinery and repair or replace faulty components
- MS Office and CAD software proficiency
- English language and communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Safety and environmental regulations knowledge and participation in risk assessment

is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Fulgor Plant in Corinth, which focuses on the production of high and extra high voltage submarine cables, being one of the most advanced factories in the world.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will contribute to the overall support & enhancement of our production process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
Inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect issues and ensure efficiency.
Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment history.
Follow safety and environmental regulations; participate in risk assessments.
Collaborate with other engineering professionals to improve maintenance and manufacturing processes.
Report spare part needs based on maintenance plans and conditions.
Ensure that the quality of machine, equipment or plant maintenance operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in line with reference standards.
Update and verify equipment certifications.
Co-Ordinate the maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvements.
Supervise the maintenance of relations with inspection and technical qualification organizations in reference to the area of responsibility.
Ensure the enactment of alert safety bulletins, non-conformance reports and failure reports, by actuation of relevant activities.
Coordinates repair activities in the event of serious damage to plants or facilities operating in the area of responsibility.
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in an industrial environment
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in CAD software
Excellent Command of English Language
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
