What you'll do
- Operate and monitor Assembly and Packaging machines
- Carry out first-level maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, set-ups and adjustments
- Inform supervisors about machine efficiency and required corrective or improvement actions
- Participate in preventive maintenance and machine improvements
- Train new machine operators
- Monitor and record machine interventions, product parameters and machine parameters
- Carry out product changeovers and machine set-ups
- Communicate with QA, QC, Industrialization and Central Maintenance
- Identify safety issues and report them to the Shift Supervisor
- Perform final-product quality control and scheduled audit checks
- Follow health, safety and environmental rules and company procedures

- Assembly and packaging machine operation, machine set-ups and product changeovers
- First-level machine maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Machine parameter monitoring and recording; machine intervention monitoring and recording
- Quality control and safety issue identification and reporting
- Health, safety and environmental compliance; machine improvement
- Mechanical or electrical engineering; mechanical or electrical technician licence; machine operator training; MS Office; English language
