What you'll do
- Supervise the proper operation of production machines
- Feed production machines with raw materials
- Collect, package and store finished products
- Perform periodic quality and visual inspections of finished products
- Carry out statistical process control
- Follow production instructions and procedures
- Comply with safety rules and procedures
- Manage daily documentation
- Follow health, safety and environmental procedures
- Perform product changeovers
- Repair production equipment faults
- Contribute to improving and developing production processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve existing equipment and develop new equipment
- Support training on correct equipment operation and basic maintenance
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Production machine operation and supervision; assembly and packaging line operation
- Production procedures compliance; product changeovers
- Quality and visual inspection; statistical process control
- Production machine maintenance; basic equipment maintenance; fault repair
- Production equipment improvement; health, safety and environmental procedures
- Rotating shift work; daily documentation management; basic computer skills; English language
- General Studies / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automation Engineering / Technical Studies
