What you'll do
- Process and issue invoices for used vehicle sales to dealers, drivers, and retail customers
- Manage invoicing for vehicle buyouts and end-of-contract purchase transactions
- Verify supporting documentation before issuing invoices
- Issue credit notes and invoice corrections when required
- Monitor and follow up on pending transactions for timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for vehicle sales transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoicing-related issues
- Support reconciliations and controls for used vehicle sales transactions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Invoicing, invoice corrections and credit notes, and used vehicle sales transactions
- Documentation verification and record keeping
- Reconciliations and financial controls
- Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Sales administration, transaction monitoring, and deadline management
- Accounting support and English language
- Accounting / Finance / Economics / Any Field
