What you'll do
- Take and execute orders promptly
- Use trays correctly and continuously
- Operate the PDA correctly
- Open wine and champagne professionally
- Carry and clear plates and glasses professionally
- Apply all safety procedures
- Communicate with customers and meet their individual needs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Welcome guests and recommend menu options based on their preferences
- Remember guests’ previous choices and help them feel valued and welcome
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Order taking and execution
- Tray handling and PDA operation
- Professional wine and champagne opening
- Carrying and clearing plates and glasses
- Safety procedures
- Customer service and complaint handling
- Excellent spoken English
- Tourism Studies
