What you'll do
- Assist with cleaning rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Replace and replenish cleaning supplies and linens
- Receive and store clean linens from laundry
- Inform management of damage or required supplies
- Repair minor damages in hotel areas
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment
- Ensure cleaning procedures follow hygiene and safety standards
- Apply strict cleanliness and hygiene rules
- Check for wear or issues and inform maintenance
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and moving beds
- Respond quickly to special requests from guests or colleagues
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Housekeeping support and laundry handling
- Equipment maintenance and damage reporting
- Attention to detail and hygiene
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Team collaboration and handling guest requests
