What you'll do
- Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention to align staffing with operational needs
- Support performance appraisal procedures and training programs
- Ensure confidential execution of HR administration, including contracts, payroll, and benefits
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances fairly, consistently, and confidentially
- Foster a positive work environment and promote the company’s culture of excellence
- Monitor compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws
- Contribute to HR strategy development and implement key HR projects and initiatives
- Prepare HR metrics reports and presentations to support decision-making
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Human resources management, recruitment and onboarding, and employee retention
- Performance management and learning and development
- Payroll and benefits administration, and compensation and benefits
- Employee relations and labor law compliance
- HR policies and procedures, and HR strategy
- HR metrics reporting, MS Office, and Microsoft Excel
- Business Administration / Organizational Psychology / Any Field / Human Resources Management / Hospitality Management
