What you'll do
- Lead talent strategy through proactive recruitment, performance management, and career development
- Oversee training and induction of new Human Resources team members
- Build and maintain relationships with General Manager and Planning Committee
- Act as strategic Business Partner guiding HR essentials and coaching teams
- Support and implement Corporate People & Culture initiatives
- Participate in recruitment events and talent sourcing activities
- Identify internal experts and collaborate with Regional People & Culture Director
- Create, forecast, and execute HR plans, budgets, and policies
- Drive organizational change management proactively
- Ensure effective delivery of HR programs and learning resources within budget
- Analyze compensation and benefits market trends to balance costs and employee experience
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Talent strategy, recruitment strategies, and performance management
- Career development processes and training and induction
- Human Resources knowledge including Greek Labor Law
- Organizational change management and HR planning and budgeting
- Interpersonal and communication skills with grievance handling and employee relations
- Multicultural team management and business partnership in HR
- Human Resources Management / Business Administration
