What you'll do
- Develop detailed project plans for multiple departments and lead their execution
- Ensure optimal use of resources to meet project goals within budget and timeline constraints
- Motivate and support department supervisors and team members to ensure collaboration and productivity
- Facilitate communication and act as primary contact between Board members and project teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards aligned with Group objectives
- Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary
- Conduct project evaluations and prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Project Management including risk and budget management
- Leadership and collaboration skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with project management tools like Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Project, Monday.com
- Critical Thinking and Quality Assurance
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics / Project Managementpreferred
