What you'll do
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat, or email with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Resolve customer problems and create positive experiences
- Follow brand guidelines and quality standards during every interaction
- Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems
- Collaborate with your team to improve the service you provide
Key requirements
- Dutch fluency and English proficiency
- Customer service, communication skills, and active listening
- Problem-solving, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Computer systems and multitasking
- Quality standards compliance
- Shift availability and work eligibility in Greece
Benefits
- €1,500 gross salary, 15% productivity bonus, work hours from 07:00–23:00, meal allowance card, private health insurance depending on the project, and social activities including football tournaments, beach barbecues, surf lessons, and cultural events.
