What you'll do
- Assist customers via onboarding software sessions
- Use screen-sharing tools to facilitate onboarding
- Consult on software features with clear explanations
- Adapt coaching style to customer's needs and learning preferences
- Demonstrate practical explanations with compassion and patience
Key requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong attention to detail and tech-savviness
- Self-sufficiency and resilience
- Confident and adaptable communication and coaching skills
- Engaging presentation skills
- Experience with onboarding software sessions and screen-sharing tools
