What you'll do
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat, or email with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Solve customer problems and create positive experiences
- Follow brand guidelines and quality standards during every interaction
- Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Work closely with your team to improve service quality
Key requirements
- Norwegian fluency and English communication
- Customer support, customer orientation, and empathy
- Written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and technical curiosity
- Customer interaction logging and quality standards compliance

Benefits
- The role offers €1500 gross plus a productivity bonus of up to €200, a permanent contract, meal card vouchers, two extra salaries annually, and private health insurance from day one.
