What you'll do
- Manage assigned vacancies with Atlean World
- Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Present shortlisted candidates to the internal recruitment team
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Build and manage a candidate network across international markets
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies
- Track your performance and work toward personal and financial goals
- Build your professional reputation through consistent, quality recruitment
Key requirements
- Recruitment, candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Candidate communication and candidate pipeline management
- Job boards, social media recruiting and networking
- Digital recruitment tools and vacancy management
- Recruitment strategy and performance tracking
- English fluency, sales and BPO industry knowledge
