- Escalate sensitive or borderline cases according to the correct protocol
- Keep up to date with policy changes and apply them consistently
- Maintain accuracy and productivity targets while handling sensitive material

- Hebrew fluency and English proficiency
- Content moderation, policy application and community guidelines
- Escalation protocols and accuracy
- Computer systems and multitasking
- Active listening and problem-solving
