What you'll do
- Welcome customers at the café and take orders
- Deliver food and beverages to customers
- Inform customers about the menu and daily offers
- Handle complaints and special requests professionally
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order execution
- Prepare simple items like coffees, smoothies, and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and café area
- Check stock levels and report shortages
- Participate in opening and closing procedures of the café
Key requirements
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Literacy and experience with POS systems
- Food and Beverage Preparation skills
- Cleanliness Maintenance and Stock Level Monitoring
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
- Reliability, Initiative, Team Spirit, and Greek Language Proficiency
