What you'll do
- Welcome customers at the café, take orders, and deliver food and beverages
- Inform customers about the menu, daily offers, and ingredients
- Handle complaints and special requests professionally
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order execution
- Prepare simple items like coffees, smoothies, and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and café area
- Check stock levels and report shortages
- Participate in opening and closing procedures of the café
