What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day SAP application and business process support to users across the organization
- Translate business requirements into SAP requirements, improvements, or configuration requests
- Support and troubleshoot business processes across SAP SD, MM, FI, and CO
- Identify issues and improve SAP-supported processes with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other teams
- Analyze incidents and user requests across processes, configuration, master data, interfaces, and technical issues
- Coordinate with external SAP partners on configuration changes, developments, and complex incidents
- Participate in SAP projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives through implementation
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing scenarios, coordinating users, and validating results
- Support SAP master data processes and maintain data accuracy and consistency
- Support SAP integrations with POS, payroll, reporting, and other operational systems
- Design, test, and monitor SAP interfaces and APIs with third-party systems
- Support user administration, roles, and authorizations with IT and SAP partners
- Coordinate SAP transports, deployments, and production changes when required
- Monitor system and interface issues and ensure incidents and requests meet agreed SLAs
- Maintain documentation covering processes, changes, interfaces, incidents, and solutions
- Guide SAP users and contribute to an internal SAP knowledge base
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- SAP application support, Incident management, Troubleshooting, and End-user support
- SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI, and SAP CO
- Business requirements analysis
- User Acceptance Testing
- SAP master data, SAP integrations, APIs and interfaces
- SAP user roles and authorizations, and SAP environments
- Computer Science / Business Information Systems / Business Administration / Finance
