What you'll do
- Provide second-line technical support across corporate offices and cinema sites
- Own technical incidents and service requests, escalating to vendors when required
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, POS systems, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switching, firewalls, and internet connectivity across multiple locations
- Administer and monitor Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure services
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and system access in line with security policies and GDPR requirements
- Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring, patching, backups, and infrastructure health checks
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access management, and equipment preparation
- Maintain documentation covering infrastructure, configurations, assets, licenses, warranties, and support procedures
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to permanent solutions, automation, and process improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, and technology partners on incidents, repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure changes
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including deployments, migrations, network upgrades, cloud adoption, and security improvements
- Evaluate technologies and solutions that improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and end users
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Windows desktop and server environments; System administration
- IT support and troubleshooting; Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Networking; LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi; VPN and firewalls; DNS and DHCP
- Active Directory; Group Policy; Microsoft 365
- Hardware and equipment maintenance; Incident and service request management
- IT infrastructure documentation; GDPR and IT security compliance
- Computer Sciencepreferred
