What you'll do
- Maintain spa hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day
- Assist guests across all spa areas and provide information on services and opening hours
- Open and close spa facilities properly with the spa team
- Set up and maintain spa facilities according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain spa decorations so they remain fresh and up to standard
- Clean spa areas, back offices and preparation rooms
- Set up treatment areas for therapists
- Support Housekeeping with cleaning sinks, counters, floors, showers, bathtubs, steam rooms, saunas, gyms and other areas
- Follow company policies, procedures, code of conduct, and grooming and hygiene standards
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors to support effective spa operations
- Deliver friendly, professional service that exceeds guest expectations
- Identify and report safety hazards and required equipment maintenance
