What you'll do
- Maintain spa hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day
- Assist guests across all spa areas and provide service information and guidance
- Open and close spa facilities properly in coordination with the spa team
- Set up and maintain spa facilities according to standard operating procedures
- Keep spa decorations fresh and presented to standard
- Clean spa areas, back offices and preparation rooms
- Assist therapists with treatment area setup
- Support Housekeeping by cleaning sinks, counters, floors, showers, bathtubs, steam rooms, saunas, gyms and other areas
- Follow company policies, procedures, conduct and grooming standards
- Work professionally with colleagues and supervisors to support effective spa operations
- Identify and report hazards and required equipment safety maintenance
