As a Night Auditor you will

·        Greeting guests courteously upon arrival

·        Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests

·        Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy

·        Record, store, ace ss, and/or analyze computerized financial information

·        Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration cards, reports daily activity on logbook

·        Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on Andronis Arrival and Departure standards

·        Arrange and deliver luggage to guest rooms

Entry Requirements

·        Experience in a 5-star boutique hotel environment

·        Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

·        Additional language knowledge would be considered an extra asset

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Organizational skills

·        Experience with Front office software, like Opera, Fidelio & Protel
