Your main duties will be

1. Conduct thorough audit of daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy.

2. Reconcile accounts and prepare end-of-day documentation.

3. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during nighttime hours.

4. Monitor the safety and security of the hotel premises overnight.

5. Collaborate with different departments to resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly.

6. Maintain clear and accurate communication with management and day staff.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

2. Proven experience in front desk operations or auditing role preferred.

3. Strong teamwork spirit to foster cooperation across departments.

4. Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
