What you'll do
- Ensure smooth shift operations through customer-focused service delivery
- Demonstrate service attributes in line with company standards
- Follow and apply all company policies and procedures
- Schedule reservations and gather guests’ preference information
- Prevent and handle guest issues and concerns efficiently and professionally
Key requirements
- Customer-focused service delivery and service standards
- Reservation scheduling and guest issue resolution
- Company policy compliance
- Hospitality experience
