What you'll do
- Satisfy guest needs and exceed guest expectations
- Greet guests by name and escort them on a hotel tour to their room
- Perform hotel administration duties and check-in and check-out procedures
- Project a positive hotel image at all times
- Assist with guest itineraries and prepare activity vouchers
Key requirements
- Guest needs satisfaction
- English language
- Front office software, including Opera, Fidelio and Protel
- Hotel administration and check-in and check-out procedures
- Guest itinerary assistance and activity voucher preparation
- Guest greeting and hotel guest escorting
