What you'll do
- Oversee daily private villa operations for smooth, efficient and discreet service delivery
- Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs
- Manage villa preparation and upkeep to ensure comfort, cleanliness and readiness
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless communication and service execution
- Support Villa Owners and guests throughout their stay
- Assist with Food and Beverage service within villas
- Maintain accurate guest preferences and history
- Address guest concerns tactfully and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies

- Guest relations, personalized hospitality service and guest concern resolution

- Food and Beverage operations and service; Rooms Division operations
- Butler services and guest preference and history management
- Coordination and communication; English fluency
