What you'll do
- Gain broad exposure to Amanzoe operations through an initial immersion across key property areas
- Develop operational expertise in Food and Beverage while taking on increasing responsibilities
- Deliver personalised service aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards
- Follow an Individual Development Plan combining on-the-job training and structured learning
- Participate in learning opportunities through Cornell University and Aman resources
- Work with an experienced mentor throughout your development
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives that strengthen leadership and business acumen
- Develop knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, guest experience, financial performance and team leadership
- Build management capabilities to progress towards an Assistant Manager position
