What you'll do
- Oversee Amanzoe’s financial operations, reporting, compliance and internal controls
- Provide financial analysis, recommendations and guidance to support business decisions
- Direct annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, including operating expenditure and capital investments
- Monitor financial performance, identify revenue and cost-efficiency opportunities, and implement improvement strategies
- Oversee monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow management and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with Greek taxation requirements, accounting regulations, statutory reporting and financial policies
- Maintain financial controls over inventories, purchasing, contracts, cash management and property assets
- Review commercial agreements, supplier contracts, insurance arrangements and financial commitments
- Lead, mentor and develop the Finance team, supporting accountability and succession planning
- Collaborate with department leaders to improve financial awareness, resource use and operational standards
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Financial management, financial reporting and financial performance management
- Budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and financial analysis
- Internal controls, cash flow management and balance sheet reconciliation
- Greek taxation legislation, statutory reporting and accounting standards
- USALI and Microsoft Excel
- English language proficiency
- Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Any Field
